THE EPK

Founded in 2021, Moonshine Jasmine emerged as a vibrant three-piece acoustic ensemble, featuring a mandolin, bass, and acoustic guitar, with members swapping vocal duties with infectious enthusiasm. However, during the recording of their debut album, "I’m Not Sorry," they had to bid farewell to their mandolin virtuoso, leaving a duo to navigate the musical landscape.

Megan and Tyler, who were already experienced collaborators prior to forming Moonshine Jasmine, decided to persevere and continue their musical journey together. After touring extensively across the country, Megan found herself yearning for the dynamic energy of a full band. With a touch of persuasion, she convinced Tyler to recruit additional talent. Following a series of lively performances, they welcomed guitarist Alex Wisniewski and drummer Ben Osmond into the fold, both of whom quickly integrated into the group.

By 2023, this dynamic four-piece was making waves at bars, festivals, and through media engagements, generating excitement about their evolving sound. With a promising contract from DI Records, they were poised to unleash their full-band energy, which perfectly complemented their original compositions.

However, dedication to their craft came with its challenges. Megan began to experience discomfort in her shoulder during extended sets, prompting a reassessment of their performance dynamics. In pursuit of balance and continued creativity, they enlisted rising Hip Hop star Austin Rheardon from Pittsburgh.

Now performing as a five-piece, Moonshine Jasmine is on a mission to captivate audiences worldwide. Armed with their second album, "Grateful," and a wealth of new material in development, they are actively booking shows to engage their eager fanbase. Drawing inspiration from legends such as Janis Joplin, The Black Keys, and The Eagles, they have crafted a refreshing blend of Blues Rock that is truly captivating.
